1. Tasks to be completed:
      a.  All permits are in place
      b.  Site is cleared as required
      c.  Excavation and grading complete
      d.  Build foundation
      e.  Temporary power is available at the site

2. Septic system installation may have to be delayed until the house is set.

3. Confirm delivery date of your new home.

4. Liability and Property Damage Insurance, Builder Risk, ect. Is needed.

5. Ensure that home can be adequately delivered to lot:
It is important to conduct a survey of the delivery route to the building site.  If a  route inspection determines poor or obstructed road access or regulations restricting transport to the site, work on an alternate plan.
