Step 4: Order Home
An initial order can be processed once you select the floor plan.

Consider This:

1. Its time to review rough plans, specifications, and submit the final plans to various agencies. This is necessary in order to begin the process in obtaining your construction loan. This process takes between three and four months to be completed. Select as many options and upgrades that are available from the factory. Options and upgrades done at the factory are much less costly than done afterwards.

2. You will work with Modular-Experts representative to determine colors, cabinets, roofing, counter tops exterior, ect.

3. Your M E representative will now prepare a cost estimate of your new modular home that should be within 5% of the final price and work out a deposit arrangement .
