5. The final cost quoted will remain firm with a full deposit, for a period of thirty days. Within thirty days, you must do the following:

a. Submit the full negotiated deposit.

b. Submit complete / signed drawings and all selections.

c. Submit completed contract documents.

d. Advise desired delivery date.e. Submit a detailed delivery map.

f. Submit the loan approval letters.

g. Submit or cause to be submitted plans for approval by municipality for permits and initiate site work.

6. The above are the minimum requirements that must be met before your modular home is released into production scheduling.

7. Any changes made after the fact may incur additional costs and time delays.
