Building your modular home begins with selecting the floor plan. Here are some tips to guide you.

Consider the following:

1. Talk with your family. Discuss what each of you want. Use the Wants & Needs Analysis found in our Library to determine what features you want.

2. Consider where you spend most of your time in your home.

3. Reflect on homes you have visited. What features did you especially enjoy?

5. Consider the features of your land or land you are considering. Where is the sunlight best? Which direction offers the greatest views?
