Tips:
1. Often it’s best to select your land before you select your building plan. The land establishes the amount of area and the type of terrain you have to build on. Pre-selecting the land also helps you budget the rest of your project.

2. Make sure that the plan you are searching for will fit your lot. It is easier to select a home to fit your lot rather than adjusting your lot to fit the floor plan. With the many selections of floor plans available, it is likely you will find a plan that will fit your lot and meet your lifestyle needs.
