You will take applications, schedule appointments & interviews with customers, establish rapport, gather and review all pertinent documentation and deliver them to the Star Homes, Inc. staff. All while maintaining a sense of urgency by continually selling and reselling the customer.

     Successful candidates will have a sincere desire to succeed in a high volume fast paced environment. You must possess: the ability to handle multiple priorities; excellent oral & written communication skills; high levels of organizational & interpersonal skills; strong analytical & problem solving skills; a fast learner with a high mathematical aptitude; tough skinned individual who is able to work under constant pressure and can handle urgent direction. Proven sales experience is important, prior housing sales experience is not required. All confident & hungry candidates are encouraged to apply. This is not a 9-5 schedule.
